Bruce M. Khouri

Bruce M. Khouri joined our Board of Directors in March 2010. He is the founder of Solar Integrated and co-developer of the Company’s patented BIPV roofing technology. He served as a director of Solar Integrated since the Company’s inception in 2002 and acted as the non-executive Vice Chairman of the Board and an advisor to the Company’s management team until it was acquired by Energy Conversion Devices in August 2009.

Mr. Khouri led the Company through a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: SIT.LN) in May 2004. As the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Khouri successfully rolled-out the Company’s sales, marketing and operations in the US and Europe, ultimately transitioning leadership of the Company and retiring in December 2006. Prior to founding Solar Integrated, Mr. Khouri founded and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SCR Group, Inc., a nationwide provider of energy efficient roofing systems for nonresidential applications.

Mr. Khouri holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, Bentley College, 1981. He resides in Los Angeles, California.
