Wet Process Equipment Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for the installation, modifications and upgrades of the Roll to Roll Wet Process Equipment.
• Manage budget, schedules and technology risks.
• Develop or define equipment controls.
• Establish continuous equipment improvement plan in order to minimize equipment down time and reduce the cost of ownership.
• Define and provide procedures and training for the equipment maintenance team.
• Work in conjunction with the development engineers in incorporation of all new products.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing organization.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of different Wet Process Equipment and related technology.
• Broad knowledge of electroplating and chemical bath management.
• Excellent electromechanical skills with logical problem solving capabilities.
• Proficient in SolidWorks 3D and AutoCAD design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to communicate with management and vendors.
• Masters degree or B.S. degree or a minimum of 5 years experience as an equipment engineer.
