Electrical Test Engineer

We are looking for an exceptionally smart and motivated candidate who has demonstrated a capacity for scientific innovation and leadership. This person should have experience that spans laboratory and field experiments, and computer modeling.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Characterization of PV cells and panels, degradation models, acceleration factors,
  standard testing methodologies
• Data mining and analysis of parameters in solar cell and modules
• Writing testing procedures and owning different testing stations

This person should be creative, self-motivated and self-directed, and able to multi-task a large variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. Should have demonstrated capability in experimental design, uncertainty analysis, instrumentation and statistical interpretation and have hands on work experience in lab environment. Ability to setup new experiments is preferable.

Education & Experience

BS in Electrical Engineer
Experience with SQL, JMP, LabView

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience with different measurement equipment for solar cells and modules (JV, QE, CV, LBIC) and knowledge of Statistical analysis of data is preferable.
